Fully restored by our team here at Makellos in 2018. the restoration included fully bare metal respray, complete interior reupholstery in leather, complete engine rebuild and transmission rebuild, suspension overhaul including all new bushings, and shocks etc.
1976 was the first year that the 930 turbo was brought to the United States. the 930 at the time had a 3.0 liter turbo engine and a four speed transmission. the first generation of the turbo was the only generation that did not come with an intercooler. this generation spanned from 1975-1977, In 1978 the the 3.0 liter engine was replaced with a 3.3 liter engine and Porsche decided to add an intercooler. between 1975-1977 Porsche produced 2900 of the 3.0 liter 930 turbos 530 of these were 1976 US market cars.
